dude... you are awesome! We should get together and have coffee sometime and chat about your paintings I would like to see some of them in person. What do you charge? I am in Denver...
Wow! Thanks for adding so many of my works to collections. You're awesome :) I would love to show them to you. I charge by size, medium (acrylic/oil), and how long I think the subject matter will/did take. I can do anything from something really small to incredibly large (I just finished a painting that is 115" x 90" and I want to go bigger!) Do you have anything in mind that you would want painted or one that I already did? I am in Boulder maybe we could get together and talk about art. ps. I just read that you were making dreads. I had dreads for 3 years and chopped them about a month ago. They're fun.
Have you been to Africa? Many of your paintings looks as if you have which is actually what led me to your profile to begin with.

What is the large painting of? That is huge! lol. How long did it take you?
I have never been to africa. I intend to. I am a part of a west african dance troop and ensemble and my teachers are from ghana. The large painting is about rene descarte's first two meditations where he rationalizes himself out of existance. I have been in a number of serious accidents and am lucky to walk. The first thing he does is to remove his body and with my pain i have slowly had my body taken away from me. I have had to learn how to turn off parts of my brain to ignore the pain. sooo. the painting is of bruised neurons that are still firing. i did it in a week. it was my semester project.
Wow! I could not imagine being in a serious accident. I would really like to meet you in person... I think I would be able to help you out. I am also planning a trip to Africa... what are you wanting to go over there and do?
